Our platform uses automated artificial intelligence (AI), statistical models, sports data, and market information to analyze sporting events and generate sports analysis, recommendations, and potential selections.

The platform does not rely exclusively on manual pick creation. AI systems may automatically analyze:

• Team performance
• Player statistics
• Historical results
• Matchups
• Injuries and lineup information when available
• Betting markets and available odds
• Historical trends
• Market performance data

The AI system may automatically:

• Scan upcoming games
• Analyze available markets
• Generate recommended selections
• Create suggested parlays
• Track game progress
• Update pick statuses
• Evaluate performance results

All sports involve uncertainty and risk. AI-generated analysis, confidence scores, recommendations, and selections do not guarantee wins, profits, successful bets, or specific outcomes.

A higher confidence score represents the system’s analysis based on available information and historical data. It does not guarantee that an outcome will occur. Users should make their own decisions and understand the risks involved.

Depending on platform settings, AI-generated content may be reviewed by administrators before publication, or automatically published according to configured rules and confidence requirements.

The platform may automatically:

• Create game analysis
• Generate recommendations
• Publish selected content
• Track live games
• Process results

We may modify, pause, or improve automated systems at any time.

The platform may automatically update sports selections through different stages:

• Before game start: 🟡 Pending
• During the event: 🔴 Live
• After completion: 🟢 Final

Results may automatically update to ✅ Won or ❌ Lost.

For parlays, individual selections may be tracked separately, including identifying which selection caused a parlay failure.

Some features require a paid subscription. VIP memberships may provide access to:

• Premium analysis
• VIP picks
• Additional platform features

Subscriptions are processed through approved payment providers. Access is granted only after successful payment confirmation. Users may not attempt to bypass subscription requirements or access restricted content without authorization.

The platform uses third-party services, including sports data providers and odds providers. Information provided by third parties may include:

• Schedules
• Scores
• Statistics
• Player information
• Betting markets
• Odds

While we attempt to maintain accurate information, we do not guarantee that third-party data is always complete, accurate, or available.

The platform provides sports analysis and information for entertainment and informational purposes. It does not provide financial advice, guaranteed betting outcomes, or investment advice. Users are responsible for their own decisions.

• Provide accurate signup information and keep your password confidential.
• One account per person; accounts are personal and not transferable.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Account management.

• Sharing, reselling, republishing or redistributing premium picks or analysis
• Sharing login credentials or attempting to bypass membership access controls
• Scraping, automated data extraction, or reverse engineering the app
• Attempting to alter, delete or forge published picks, odds, selections or results
• Any unlawful, abusive or fraudulent use, including chargeback abuse

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules, without refund.

All content in the app, including picks, written analysis, images and branding, belongs to the app owner and is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only.

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app owner is not liable for any losses, including betting or financial losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, from reliance on any pick or analysis, or from interruptions, data delays or errors.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the membership in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. Questions: kimaragermain@gmail.com.

Users may cancel their subscription at any time through the applicable subscription management method provided by the platform or payment provider.

Cancellation will prevent future renewal charges but does not automatically create a refund for previous payments unless approved according to our refund policy.

Access to VIP features may continue until the end of the current paid subscription period unless otherwise stated.

Refund requests may be submitted by users for review.

To request a refund, users must provide:

• Account email
• Subscription information
• Reason for requesting a refund
• Description of the issue

All refund requests will be reviewed individually. Refund approval is not automatic and may depend on factors including:

• Reason for request
• Subscription usage
• Account history
• Applicable payment provider rules

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method when possible. You can submit a request from Profile → Refund request.

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict accounts that:

• Attempt unauthorized access
• Attempt to bypass VIP restrictions
• Abuse platform features
• Share protected content without permission
• Use the platform in violation of these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity

Users may contact support regarding account restrictions.

Users may request deletion of their account.

Upon approved deletion:

• Personal account information will be removed or anonymized according to applicable requirements.
• Some information may be retained when required for security, legal, or payment records.
