• Name (the full name you provide at signup)
• Email address
• Account information (login credentials handled by our authentication provider, language preference, activity in the app)
• Membership and subscription information (plan type, status, renewal period)
• Payment information, which is collected and processed securely by Stripe
• Usage information: app activity, features used, device and technical information

• To create, secure and manage your account
• To provide sports analysis content, picks and results history
• To manage Free and VIP memberships, billing periods and renewals
• To send in-app notifications about new content you have access to
• To improve the app experience, reliability and content quality
• To improve AI analysis systems and platform functionality
• To monitor platform security

The platform may analyze:

• Sports statistics
• Historical results
• Market information
• Platform performance data

This information is used to improve analysis quality and platform functionality. AI analysis does not use personally identifiable betting history or individual user behavior to generate recommendations for other users.

Payment details are processed securely through Stripe. Card numbers are entered on Stripe's checkout and we never receive or store full card information. We only keep a subscription reference and status so we can tell whether your membership is active.

Accounts are protected by our authentication provider using hashed passwords and token-based sessions. Access to your data in our database is restricted by row-level security rules so that members can only read their own account records, and premium content is served only to accounts entitled to it. Administrative content management is limited to the app owner.

We use reasonable security measures to protect user information. However, no online service can guarantee complete security. Users are responsible for protecting their account credentials.

We do not sell your personal information.

We share limited data with service providers strictly to run the app:

• Authentication and database hosting (account records and content storage)
• Payment processing (Stripe, for subscriptions, billing and receipts)
• Sports data and odds providers, which supply match and market data used for analysis and receive no personal information about you
• Basic analytics and error reporting used to keep the app working

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

We keep account and subscription records for as long as your account exists, and for a limited period afterwards where required for billing, tax or dispute records.

• You can request deletion of your account at any time from Profile → Account management. Deleting your account removes your profile and cancels any active subscription.
• You can contact support about the personal data we hold, to correct it, or to ask for a copy.
• You can cancel your VIP membership at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

The app is intended for adults aged 21 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

• Not to attempt unauthorized access
• Not to bypass subscription restrictions
• Not to copy or redistribute protected content without permission

We may update this Privacy Policy as the platform evolves. Continued use of the platform after updates means acceptance of the revised terms.
